Andrew Stannard – Executive Director

The name Stannard has been associated with the maritime industry for over 100 years.

Andrew is the 6th generation to work in the family business making it one of the oldest businesses in Australia. With an emphasis on reinvestment into plant and machinery the company looks set to flourish under the current management team.

We are very proud of our vessels which are maintained and serviced to the highest standards to ensure reliability of supply to our customers and to the ports of South Australia.

We are working hard as a team to ensure this continues into the future along with a steady diversification program.

Nigel Warner – Managing Director

Nigel was appointed Managing Director in July 2017. Prior to this he was the Finance Director.

Nigel has been a Director of the company since March 2003 and has over 40 years experience in the marine industry.

As Managing Director of Port Lincoln Tugs, Nigel is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the company.

Mark Rigoni – General Manager

Mark was appointed General Manager in March 2015 and holds commercial and operational responsibilities.

Mark has had extensive experience in the maritime industry spanning over 26-years, holding various Trade Management and General Management roles.

Sean Johnson – Joint Fleet Manager, DPA ,QA Management and Safety Officer

Sean has accumulated 25 years’ experience as a Marine engineer, having worked on a variety of different vessel types including but not limited
to: FPSO’s, crude and product oil tankers, DP3 drill ships, chemical tankers and container ships.

Sean works in tandem with Hayden Wiseman and is responsible for the overall maintenance and docking programs for all fleet vessels.

Hayden Wiseman – Superintendent

Hayden started my career as a Motor Transport Fitter (Diesel Fitter) in the Royal Australia Air Force and transitioned to the Marine Industry in 1995 as an engineer both working in the Shipyard and on seagoing vessels from Fishing vessels to RORO ferries & Tugs.

In that time before joining the PLT Tugs as an Tug Engineer, Hayden had been involved in numerous dockings, conversions of vessels along with the involvement of new build vessels and have been employed in the Maritime Industry since that 1995 Transition 25 years ago.
